The client operated a complex international Limited Risk Distribution (LRD) model across multiple regions, creating tax, finance, and systems complexity. To meet evolving regulatory requirements and unlock tax efficiencies, the business needed to consolidate to a single global principal, while maintaining operational continuity and coordinating change across SAP and Microsoft D365 within a highly interdependent global portfolio.
What we did
Axsys provided cross-regional programme leadership to lead the design and implementation of the new LRD operating model. We led North American and European delivery, defining the target- state design and governing execution across the SAP & D365 ecosystems, including legal entity setup, intercompany processing, inventory logic, and reporting.
Delivery was phased and tightly coordinated across regions and technologies, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational stability and a scalable foundation for future rollouts.
