A Microsoft D365 ERP Cloud transformation program was at risk due to weak governance, poor scope control, a lack of delivery discipline, and disengaged stakeholders. The program structure created execution risks that threatened the timeline and outcomes.
What we did
Axsys began by assessing the program’s current status, setup, and gaps, identifying weaknesses in governance, scope control, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment. We then defined a new delivery approach, including a revised governance model, operating structure, and delivery framework. Finally, we executed the approach by deploying a specialist Axsys team to strengthen delivery assurance, inject ERP expertise, and enforce vendor accountability and delivery discipline, while re-engaging executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
