Building a Scalable Fulfilment Operation

Axsys designed and led the full Request For Proposal (RFP) process to secure the client’s fulfillment implementation and support partner. We consolidated future-state business requirements, built the complete RFP package, and managed all vendor interactions, including response analysis, scoring and negotiations. Using our proprietary methodology, we objectively assessed vendor capability, solution fit, delivery approach, transition readiness, and managed-services models, producing an executive-ready recommendation to support the client’s final selection.
